Brenda Ramsey- L'Amoreaux, DVM
Dr. Brenda Ramsey-L'Amoreaux was born and raised on a dairy farm in Louisville. She graduated from The Ohio State University with her DVM in 1998. After graduation, she returned to Louisville and opened West Main Veterinary Clinic with Dr. Gary Evanich. Brenda is married to Nevin and is the mother of 2 daughters, Lindsay and Lauren. Brenda and her family raise their own herd of registered Holsteins and Brown Swiss and enjoy exhibiting these cattle on a local, state and national level. In addition to practicing veterinary medicine, Brenda is a dairy judging team coach, a Louisville School Board member, and an active member in her church. She feels blessed to be doing what she loves everyday while also being a parent and still giving back to the community.


Chasidy Mayle, DVM

Dr. Matthew Hoover is a graduate of the University of Findlay with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Hoover grew up on a beef cattle, goat, and chicken farm in Portage County. He was active in 4-H, showing goats and beef cattle. In his spare time, he enjoys collecting and rebuilding antique tractors, as well as baling hay for his custom hay business.

Matthew Hoover, DVM
Dr. Dixie grew up on a dairy farm in Wooster, Ohio. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. After completing an intense equine internship in California, she returned to Ohio to work with fellow Ohio State graduates at Lebanon Equine Clinic. The thrill of race horses took her to Ocala, Florida for the next 15 years. Dr. Dixie joined the Army as a Veterinarian. She practiced in New York, Korea, Texas, and Maryland. In Maryland, she completed an Anatomic Pathology Residency at The Joint Pathology Center, courtesy of the Army (and another five years owed). Things tend to come full circle and she is very happy to be among fellow Buckeyes and be close to home!

Kayleigh Pritchard, RVT
Kayleigh is the Head Registered Veterinary Technician at West Main Veterinary Clinic. She grew up in Louisville, and she now lives in Marlboro. Kayleigh graduated from Louisville High School and Brown Mackie College with her Veterinary Technician License. She is married to her husband, Loren, and together they have a daughter, Kenzie. Kayleigh has two Australian Shepherds, Phoebe and Paisley, and six barn cats, which she has rescued from West Main. Kayleigh began working at West Main Veterinary Clinic in August 2005, and her favorite part of working here is building relationships with clients, as well as caring for their pets. A fun fact about Kayleigh is that she attended college for a major unrelated to veterinary medicine, but quickly realized that she has a love for veterinary medicine.

Angie is a Registered Veterinary Technician at West Main Veterinary Clinic. Angie grew up in Mount Vernon, Ohio, and attended Columbus State to obtain her Veterinary Technician License. Angie is married to Billy, and she has a bonus daughter, Madison. She has two dogs, Remington, a German Shorthaired Pointer, and Dodie, a Mountain Feist. Angie began working at West Main Veterinary Clinic in November 2020. Her favorite part of working at West Main Veterinary Clinic is helping animals and having a supportive, and fun, team of coworkers. A fun fact about Angie is that she has visited 40 states.
Angie Bockover, RVT

Cassie is a Registered Veterinary Technician at West Main Veterinary Clinic. Ciara grew up in Jackson and graduated from Jackson High School. She went on to get her Veterinary Technician License from Kent State University -Tuscarawas. Cassie has a beagle, Elias. Cassie has worked at West Main Veterinary Clinic for four years now. Cassie enjoys hiking and reading. A fun fact about Cassie is that she is training for a marathon.
Cassie Domer, RVT

Ciara is a Registered Veterinary Technician at West Main Veterinary Clinic. Ciara grew up in Louisville and graduated from Louisville High School. She went on to get her Veterinary Technician License from Kent State University -Tuscarawas. Ciara is married to Sam, and they have a little boy, Liam. They also have two Golden Retrievers, Tucker and Texas. Ciara has worked at West Main Veterinary Clinic for four years now. Her favorite part of the job is seeing the patients from a young age to senior age. A fun fact about Ciara is that she shadowed Dr. Brenda when she was in high school.

Lindsay is a Veterinary Assistant at West Main Veterinary Clinic. She grew up in Louisville, Ohio, and is currently attending The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Lindsay began working at West Main at the age of 16. She loves working at West Main Veterinary Clinic because she can learn more skills that she will need when she becomes a veterinarian. Lindsay is an intern for the American Jersey Cattle Association, while she is in school. A fun fact about Lindsay is that she shows Holsteins at a local, state, and national level.

Maiah is a Veterinary Assistant at West Main Veterinary Clinic. She is from Manilla, Philippines, and she grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. Maiah attended Diamond Oaks, a trade school to become a Veterinary Assistant. She has two cats, Simon and Tater. Maiah began working at West Main Veterinary Clinic in November 2019. Her favorite part of working at West Main Veterinary Clinic is working with all of the cats. A fun fact about Maiah is that she likes gaming and building computers.

McKenzie is a Veterinary Assistant at West Main Veterinary Clinic. She grew up in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, and currently lives in Navarre, Ohio. McKenzie graduated from Sandy Valley High School and Miami University with a bachelor's degree in Zoology. She is married to her husband, Macen, and they have a daughter, Chandler. McKenzie has three dogs, Oscar, Penny, and Jasmine, and fives cats, Penelope, Jynx, Jax, Baby Cat, and Tiny Cat. McKenzie began working at West Main Veterinary Clinic in November 2020. Her favorite part about her job is seeing the interesting cases that come into the Clinic. A fun fact about McKenzie is that she went to Madagascar after college to study lemurs. Her favorite animal is the Aye-Aye Lemur.

Faith is a Veterinary Assistant at West Main Veterinary Clinic. She grew up in Louisville, Ohio and graduated from Louisville High School. Faith has a cat, Darcy. She began working at West Main Veterinary Clinic in July 2021. Her favorite part about working at West Main Veterinary Clinic is seeing the puppies and kittens. A fun fact about Faith is that she is left-handed.

Taryn is a Veterinary Assistant at West Main Veterinary Clinic. Taryn is a senior at Louisville High School with plans to attend Veterinary School in the future. She has a Boston Terrier named Rocky. Taryn began working at West Main Veterinary Clinic in January 2023, and her favorite part about her job is seeing all the animals, while learning about their conditions. A fun fact about Taryn is that she is on the track team.

Valerie is a Veterinary Assistant/Pharmacy Technician here at West Main Veterinary Clinic. She grew up here in Louisville. Valerie still lives in Louisville with her husband, Dan. Valerie has two children, Austin and Brooke. She has two dogs, Titan and Oliver. Valerie began working at West Main Veterinary Clinic in April 2023. Her favorite part about her job is her coworkers. A fun fact about Valerie is she loves to go camping with her friends and family.

​Madisyn is a Veterinary Assistant and Receptionist at West Main Veterinary Clinic. Madisyn graduated from East Canton and Canton South High School. She completed the Animal Science Program at Canton South High School and received her Veterinary Assistant Certification. Madisyn has three cats, Clay, Pumpkin, and Oreo, as well as three Golden Retrievers, Charlotte, Chase, and Tucker. Madisyn began working at West Main in July 2023. She loves being around the animals! A fun fact about Madisyn is that she is adopted!

​Carlee is a Veterinary Assistant at West Main Veterinary Clinic. Carlee is a senior at Louisville High School and R.G. Drage Career Technical Center. Carlee wants to be a Veterinary Sonographer. Carlee has a Catahoula Leopard Dog, Daisy. Carlee began working at West Main in November 2024. She loves being able to learn something new! A fun fact about Carlee is that she plays volleyball and shows in 4-H.

​Mira is a Veterinary Assistant at West Main Veterinary Clinic. Mira is a senior at Louisville High School. Mira will be attending Ohio University with a major in Biology. Mira has two German Shorthaired Pointers, Brutus and Aby, and a Havanese, Rudy. Mira began working at West Main in May 2025. She loves being able to see all the different breeds of dogs! A fun fact about Mira is that she shows pigs in 4-H.

Sandy is the Office Manager at West Main Veterinary Clinic. She grew up in Canton, Ohio. Sandy has been married to her husband, Tim, for 37 years, and together they have three children, Tim, Kait, and Jenn. She is a grandmother to eight grandchildren. Sandy has three dogs, Rylee, a Poochon, Maggie, a Bernese Mountain Dog, and Connor, an Aussiedoodle. Sandy began working at West Main Veterinary Clinic in January 2020. Her favorite part about her job is being able to see the animals. A fun fact about Sandy is that she loves to garden and spend time with her grandchildren.

Amy is a Veterinary Receptionist at West Main Veterinary Clinic. She grew up in Alliance and now resides in Louisville. Amy has been married to her husband, Mark, for forty-one years. They have two cats, Hemi and DJ, and two Border Collie's, Mustang Shelby and Redd Jett. Amy began working at West Main Veterinary Clinic in December 2021. A fun fact about Amy is that she trains her dogs in competitive agility and dock diving.

Janet is a Veterinary Receptionist at West Main Veterinary Clinic. She grew up in East Canton, Ohio. Janet has two children, Joshua and Daniel. She also has two grandchildren, Maisie and Gatlin. Janet has one dog, Lucy, a bulldog/beagle. Janet has worked at West Main Veterinary Clinic for about eleven years now. Her favorite part about her job is greeting the clients and the pets.

Debra is a Veterinary Receptionist at West Main Veterinary Clinic. Deb grew up in Green. She also graduated from Green High School. Debra is married to Chad, and they have four kids together, Heather, Emily, Haley, and Evan. They also have 3 cats, Mou Mou, Emmitt, and Mudslide, and two German Shepherds, Sadie and Lucy. Deb started working at West Main Veterinary Clinic in April 2023. Her favorite part of her job is being a part of a team that helps animals. A fun fact about Deb is that she likes to foster bottle baby kittens.
